@PerfectLegend The basic math of I see flash and forward advancement I do DP, or I parry, or I jump back, at some ranges i even DI. Oh... I blocked it, nah, drive reversal, two bars each but I have a knockdown, potentially with Oki and she lost windstock. Too much counterplay.

@PerfectLegend @daigothebeast I don't think it's wind OD condor that decided the set, lol. Hibiki is an amazing player taking a limited character with situationally fairly strong tools to the limit. I'm not saying Lily isn't usable but she's not strong imo, and wind OD condor isn't some game breaking move.

@EndingWalker @daigothebeast I know the counter play to Lily and it’s still a challenge. When I watched the video hibiki used the threat of wind OD condor to make Daigo respect him so much he got walked into the corner just to get hit challenged with buttons to condition him wait then got hit by OD Wind
