@WokeCapital Indian nepotism and kickbacks are real. I've seen this at multiple clients: international tour and cruise packages, India trips disguised as client visits. Client managers received flat-screen TVs and other costly gifts. I blame greedy American CEOs and executives.

@WokeCapital Large companies do lots of defensive hiring. If you look at the org chart, you'll find departments full of DEI managers/execs (no workers) doing "planning" or "project mgmt" with no actual projects or work being performed. Lots of Indian women end up in such roles lately.
