For a long time, catching frequent viruses was considered both inevitable and harmless. But it turns out that common, seemingly-mild viruses have disturbing long-term health impacts. 1/

Viruses can... - increase risk of heart attacks & strokes - linked to Dementia & Alzheimer’s - re-awaken cancer cells that were in remission - accelerate aging - trigger life-long autoimmune diseases 2/

If we were to truly internalize the long-term health impacts of viruses, there would be massive shifts in the practice of medicine, scientific research, & public policy. 3/

The misleadingly named “Hygiene Hypothesis” is more accurately framed as the “Old friends hypothesis.” We co-evolved with friendly bacteria & some parasites. We did NOT co-evolve with the *crowd infections* of mass travel, mega-cities, & indoor confines. 4/

Viruses have many ways to wreak havoc (an incomplete & overlapping list): 1. Viral persistence 2. Autoimmunity 3. Microbiome changes 4. Immune Dysregulation 5. Reactivation of other pathogens 6. Cardiac damage 7. Cancer 8. Cumulative impacts 5/

It is gloomy to think about the damage viruses can cause. The good news is that we don’t have to resign ourselves. Facing the reality that many viruses are worse than we thought is the first step towards coming up with creative solutions for both prevention & treatment. 6/

@math_rachel @Ogilvy, knowing repeated infections of influenza & coronaviruses cause serious long-term health impacts, and shortens lives, how many Australians has your agency helped kill with this absurdly reckless ad campaign? Encouraging sick people to go to work. https://youtu.be/cD_rIQ6eu3A?s...

@math_rachel Very well spoken !

@math_rachel What amazes me is how powerful capitalism is. Who in their right mind thinks that a body which is a temple would not be negatively impacted by something that creates physical (and sometimes mental) destruction?! It was always foolish, but we’re just now realizing we’re fools.

@math_rachel seeing the data shift like this makes me wonder how many “mild” cases we’ve been undercounting for decades

@math_rachel … and, of course, there’s one new & highly infectious virus that detrimentally affects every major organ and does accumulating damage with each reinfection, including (particularly) in children and for which no mitigating action is being taken.

@math_rachel Looking back, doesn't it all make sense? How can it possibly be harmless to catch something non-living that uses our own DNA to reproduce in our body?

@math_rachel Well not a surprise as viruses put body under oxidative stress, and if regular that causes damage over time

@math_rachel Or is it people prone to viral infections are less healthy and likely to have long term consequences? Do the data on the 1% of Americans who meet the dietary and movement guidelines

@math_rachel All that is from the jabs. Cold viruses are destroyed in the URT/Lungs .. end of story.

@math_rachel When you are not living a western lifestyle consuming chemicals, dyes and a carbohydrate only diet, you might find out that you are never sick. There are people like me who never catch anything. Be sure it has nothing to do with viruses.

@math_rachel Unlikely in the extreme, for many reasons, not the least of which is that contrary to claims, infections run their course and are, with exceptions, no way persistent.

@math_rachel Get a fucking life

@math_rachel The “first dot” is that no virus has ever been properly isolated. Every time a claim is made that a virus has been isolated the same assumption heavy unconvincing process is carried out. If you can’t be sure of viruses you can’t be sure of any of this. Prove viruses exist first!

@math_rachel Are you pushing Big-Pharma talking points so they can stampede more people into getting vaccinations?

@math_rachel There is no way to prevent the virus..any secure area will be damaged cause humans with infected virus can come and damage that area.. how do we prevent it

@math_rachel That’s because most people’s natural immune system has been F*cked up by the continuous jabbing of mRNA, pushed by big pharma and certain activist politicians and morons 😉

@math_rachel It's simply life or that's how life itself works, always rebalancing and transient shifts. Viruses are more frequently in humans than ever because we have large population size and living concentrated. This may entirely imaginary but play a realisation without (..)

@math_rachel Pity you support AI so strongly.

@math_rachel What if viruses are just evolutionary catalysts? Their role is to expose vulnerabilities in life systems - create epigenetic changes and over time create new species. @grok wdyt?

@math_rachel Viruses don't exist & no virus in history has ever been proven to exist.

@math_rachel Except there is apparently no credible scientific proof they exist and transmit the symptoms ascribed to them however if you have proof to the contrary I would be interested to see it

@math_rachel Great article ... mny thx! 🙏

@math_rachel Just to bring some sanity to this thread, pathogenic "viruses" have never been scientifically proven to exist. They are the adult version of "cooties". Grow up. https://drsambailey.com/a-fare...

@math_rachel All the more reason to optimize your serum vitamin D content (100 to 150 nmol/L). Such levels will modulate your adaptive immune response, thus minimizing C19 symptom severity.

@math_rachel Look at all these links you've managed to find Rachel. Where were you looking when the covid mrna was unleashed? Didn't seem to spot any then?
