@wser This is fantastic news, especially for older runners who might benefit from poles for balance late in the race.
@wser I don’t like it in theory, but can’t imagine elites using poles on that course and this will be a big help for the back of the pack, so fine I guess? Micro spikes just makes sense for snow years.
