@EsMathijs MEXC is scam bro, They lock the funds as soon as you make some money, I was also locked for some funds, they unlocked it after 60 days.

@EsMathijs My experience with @MEXC_Official mirrors this. My account was frozen even though I only held their native MX token. This appears to be a common tactic, regardless of your holdings. I immediately withdrew my assets and deleted my account once they unfroze it. I strongly advise

@EsMathijs i had this exact same experience with deribit (albiet with an account i had mostly emptied but wanted to start using again) it was a 8-month cycle. eventually one person stepped in on their side and got it taken care of in a day. definitely keep pushing them

@EsMathijs This is insane $47M frozen for nearly a month That’s unacceptable. If a fully verified Level 4 account with clean KYC and long history can get locked this long, it raises serious custodial risk questions. Transparency from MEXC is needed here.

@EsMathijs Once had $300 in my account there. They wouldn’t let me withdraw because of a variety of excuses. I then asked to talk to their legal team because I would be opening a lawsuit. 3 minutes later, I could withdraw my money. Magic.

@EsMathijs @0xbrighty That’s really tough man. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Keeping that much on a CEX like MEXC was too risky. Funds that size are better in self custody or spread across trusted platforms. I really hope they resolve this soon and you get your assets back.

@EsMathijs Mexc froze my funds for "risk control" as well. Happened 2 years ago and i never got it back. Apparently, its a very common tactic they use to steal users' funds. Scam exchange.
