Sugar doesn't cause Diabetes, PUFA does. What PUFA does: >Suppresses mitochondrial respiration >Lipid Peroxidation >FFA release >Pro-inflammatory signalling Sugar = Metabolic Fuel PUFA = Metabolic Toxin

@Windsofchange72 what is pufa?

@RecordsHoarder Polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega 3s are also PUFA

@Windsofchange72 Do you know about any comprehensive book jotting down all the important advices given by Ray Peat?

@lordofluna Actually just read his articles and then read the books he wrote. Articles are massively helpful. And no there isn't 1 single book for it all. Check out the playlists for this channel. Will help you. @dannyroddy?si=uJQlheuzykbUB4VN class="text-blue-500 hover:underline" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://youtube.com/@dannyrodd...

@Windsofchange72 Pufa is said to be good for diabetic patients, sugar does have high glycemic index and cause high spike in blood sugar level if taken daily and mainly if a person doesn't exercise much

@AARAV83624002 Do you know what is lipid peroxidation, prostaglandins and how PUFA drives inflammation? These mainstream dogmas are not true at all.

@Windsofchange72 Aap mbbs dr ho?
