This landscaper is spending $2k/month with me. I've brought them $364k in the past 6 months. Steal the EXACT strategy we're using:

So, why were they were invisible on Google? Great market but zero presence. They got no leads from their: > Google Business Profile > Website The root issues: > Owner-made site and messy structure > No on-page or tech work > GBP untouched > 0/100 site trust > 0 monthly traffic > Few reviews

Month 1: Build the base. We fixed the funnel first. Traffic only matters if it turns into calls. What we did: > Keyword and competitor research > New site structure and internal links > Fast landing page with clear CTAs > Tech fixes for indexing and speed Hero section got: > City + service in the headline > Tap-to-call button > Review stars with count > Short form above the fold > Reassurances around the CTA

Months 2 & 3: Local signals. We focused on the low hanging fruit: Google Maps. Had to clean up their GBP: > Correct NAP > Added services and descriptions > Changed their category > Removed junk photos > Uploaded geo-tagged photos and quick videos weekly > New title and description > Post twice a week GBP was great, but needed trust: > Built ~85 solid citations > Averaged 13 reviews monthly with our review system We also built new local pages for each town we serve.

Months 4 - 7: Links and trust. We kept the trust signals ripping. Ongoing work: > Manual citation building > Acquired 2-3 relevant links per month > Pushed reviews daily New additions to the strategy: > Setup a CTR campaign for signals from "real" users > Tech tune-ups as needed

Tracking and $ attribution. We continued tracking all phone calls, website forms, and texts: > CallRail for calls and texts > Gmail for website forms (simple, right?) We also started attributing a $ amount of cash collected to each lead we brought. Multi six-figures in leads, just from SEO. Happy to provide proof that the map scan is legit (DM me).

@tobiasfendtSEO Thanks Tobias

@jarett_busacca Exactly. So 1 = first result and 17 = showing up after 16 competitors.
