the way how there's little difference between minimum wage and a £30k salary these days but companies still out here like, "a very generous salary of up to £30k"
@lacescael I've been in my job almost 8 years. I'm seeing postings from companies offering the same wage as when I was looking 8 years ago. Wages have just been completely stagnant in the UK for a decade
