I tried Notion Clickup Obsidian Evernote Trello none of them convinced me.. anyone?

@stemonteduro SOMEONE HAD TO SAY IT 😂

@clivassy SAME. I used Jira for a while. After spending $200+ a month, I realized my entire team hated it lol. We switched to Clickup and Discord hahaha. Way cheaper and everyone loves it. Clickup is just for us to track overall progress (VERY simple set up)

@JoshAquilaDev I like click up tbh. Didn’t used enough maybe but the few I use it was pretty good experience. But idk .. 😂😂

@clivassy Customized Obsidian for offline use, notion for quick ones. Don't overthink it. If you are trying to plan too much it's probably a side effect rather than the problem of the tool. I'd start with the most simple tool there is and find a single flaw: pen & paper.

@tomsiwik you're right, i tend to switch too quickly aha. I'm too impatient

@clivassy Only if knew markdown then you would loved Obsidian.

@Habib0x_ I mean… I m too lazy for obsidian

@clivassy Notes is where it’s at

@SuitToSweats As simple as that 😂

@clivassy I tried pen and paper again recently. Really impressed by its offline capability.

@Tweet_Bus Ahah, i love writing on my notebook too. But for team work and doc.... it's a bit complicated aha

@clivassy I spent more time setting up Notion than using Notion haha

@jerrod_lew Bro exactly 😂

@clivassy Why is Apple notes not enough?

@zalkazemi always want to try more lol. but that's enough 🤣 what if you're working with someone?

@clivassy in the same situation… there is none that convinces me!

@kglead It's crazy with all the tools out there ..

@clivassy I cannot figure out why people like Notion Granted it’s a decent way to organize docs, code files etc…..but I just end up linking the external resources most of the time lol

@BowTiedDrPhD exactly. like mine is a real mess tbh.

@clivassy Try pen and paper! It works for me.

@Prathkum lol I do it too … but for real work I meant

@clivassy I don't need no note taking app lol

@CarlosBBuild But what if you work with someone ? What do you use ?

@clivassy Been there. Tried so many task and note apps, I'm just ended by building a tool to publish private tasks to a roadmap and adding references to notion, chatgpt and google sheets if necessary for futher notes. What's not mattering for the business, it's gonna be written down in

@TimoBuilds_ so for the business you use your own tool afterall? it's crazy.
