Announcing Pico Prism, the state-of-the-art zkVM for Ethereum real-time proving. 99.6% of blocks proven under 12 seconds, 6.9s average with 64 RTX 5090 GPUs. This marks a major step toward scaling Ethereum by 100x and a future where you can validate the chain from a phone.

When tested on 36M-gas limit blocks used in the previous state-of-the-art benchmarks, Pico Prism delivered substantial performance improvements across all metrics: - Coverage <10s: 98.9% vs 40.9% - Hardware cost: $128K vs $256K (50% reduction) - Average proving time: 6.04s vs

Here's why crossing these thresholds matters for Ethereum's scaling roadmap. Currently, every validator re-executes every transaction to verify blocks. This requires expensive hardware and creates a fundamental bottleneck: more transactions means more work for every validator.

Brevis Pico Prism is the distributed, multi-GPU evolution of our Pico zkVM. The architecture enables parallel proving across highly optimized pipelines, delivering near-linear acceleration across multiple machines. Reach out to us for collaboration: https://form.typeform.com/to/l...

All benchmarks are fully reproducible. With binaries available at https://github.com/brevis-netw... We're committed to contributing to transparent benchmark initiatives led by @eth_proofs that advance Ethereum's technical roadmap.

We're continuing to optimize Pico Prism with a focus on reducing hardware costs and power consumption. Our roadmap targets achieving the Ethereum Foundation's goals of sub-$100K capex and sub-10kW power draw in the coming months while maintaining performance.

@brevis_zk Real-time proving at this scale changes the infrastructure economics for L2s. When validation becomes this cheap and fast, we stop debating rollup viability and start pricing in actual adoption curves. The gap between technically possible and economically feasible just narrowed

@brevis_zk Ethereum just leveled up from trust but verify to verify in real time. Pico Prism isn’t just faster, it's the moment zk proofs crossed from theory into production speed. The phone-as-a-node future just got real.

@brevis_zk If zk proving’s hitting sub-7s at scale, the idea of trustless mobile nodes stops being sci-fi and starts being roadmap. Curious to see how this reshapes light client design, anon.

@brevis_zk This changes validator economics entirely. Once proofs move faster than block time, the consensus layer starts to look very different.

@brevis_zk Pico Prism unlocks zk-rollups that think faster than traders panic sell fren

@brevis_zk Real-time proving unlocked but prover centralization concerns valid. 64 RTX 5090s aren't exactly decentralized infrastructure yet.

@brevis_zk A giant leap forward for Ethereum👇 https://x.com/MKjrstad/status/...

@brevis_zk Ethereum's zk proving race just crossed a historic threshold. With Pico Prism, real-time L1 proving is no longer theoretical - it's here. 99.6% of blocks proven in under 12 seconds, with consumer-grade GPUs. A milestone that fulfills the Ethereum Foundation's vision from July:

@brevis_zk gBrevis It's Massive This is a huge validation for the ZK-EVM roadmap. Real time proving for virtually all blocks means the future of 100x scaling and phone-based L1 validation is here. Incredible work by the Pico Prism team

@brevis_zk @grok explain this to me like I'm 5

@brevis_zk 6.9s average is insane ~ that’s practically live verification.

@brevis_zk Pico Prism bending physics, zk proofs at warp speed! Phone validation = true decentralization. ETH just leveled up. 🔮📱

@brevis_zk Interesting, now SP1 hypercube is no longer the leading fastest zkvm, the new number 1 is Pico Prism

@brevis_zk That's huge for Ethereum scaling! Can't wait to see this powering mobile validators. What's next on the roadmap for sub-5s proofs?

@brevis_zk 6.9s average proofs? that’s insane speed zk proving’s no longer a bottleneck it’s a breakthrough. pico prism just made ethereum feel real-time

@brevis_zk We’re watching the birth of verifiable real-time Ethereum. From “slow and secure” to instant and provable , that’s how the next internet gets built. @brevis_zk keeps turning impossible into infrastructure.

@brevis_zk I was sha wondering why Vitalik quoted this tweet. So, it has to do zkVM for Ethereum. Now, it has speed and scalability.

@brevis_zk huge milestone. sub 10s proving times put ethereum within consumer reach.

@brevis_zk When are we going to start proving, boss?

@brevis_zk Based 😎

@brevis_zk under 12s per block is wild

@brevis_zk Incredibly based

@brevis_zk Bruh this is insane tech

@brevis_zk Pico Prism looks like the solution we’ve all been waiting for to make Eth more scalable. Lol, remember when Eth txn would take a couple of mins to get approved, today we see txns being completed in seconds. Good work by the Brevis team 👏

@brevis_zk 6.9s average 😘 my goD

@brevis_zk Bullish for zk

@brevis_zk Huge 🫠 moment

@brevis_zk gBrevis

@brevis_zk Great ! !
