Broxigar was a legend from the last, being one of the only mortals to have left a scratch on Sargeras. He was known for being a one-man army against the Burning Legion, slaying hundreds upon thousands of demons singlehandedly. (1/3)
His story is also one of sacrifice: he died an honorable death by jumping into a portal to Argus to buy time for his allies to stop Sargeras's invasion by killing as many demons as he possible could. Chromie, however, recruited him before this moment from the past! (2/3)
We wanted his card to feel like you were aiding Broxigar in fighting waves of Demons, which is why the Portals summon Demons for your opponent. The reward for doing that needed to be REALLY high, so it was a good chance to make Broxigar as threatening as possible (3/3)

@mynty_phresh I was really hoping DH got Broxigar, because he's such an awesome character! I love how this card literally has the Demon Hunter hunting demons. The flavor of these fabled legendaries is amazing!
@mynty_phresh Question, considering fables are cards that can't be generated, was there a potential card in mind to shuffle a random/discover fabled set of cards into the deck. I feel like fabled cards are good enough in any deck and any Start of game effects could happen that turn.
