Fuck Zohran Mamdani. Him saying at the beginning of his campaign that his purpose was to improve or restore the Democratic Party should have been an immediate dealbreaker for everyone who believes in ending capitalism.

The moral of the story is that, contrary to popular belief, candidates who call themselves “socialists” winning elections is not necessarily good for popularizing socialism, and can actually make socialism look like dogshit.
