GW 7 Notes - Players ✍️ 🍒 Semenyo - 2 goals, 1 assist and 18 FPL pts for Semenyo against Fulham. 9 G/A in 7 PL games so far this season. 🔴 Saka - Took, and scored, Arsenal’s penalty vs West Ham. Excellent FPL pick going forward if he’s Arsenal first choice penalty taker.

GW 8 Fixture to target 🎯 ⚒️ WHU vs: BRE (H) This GW marks the start of a pretty good fixture run for West Ham, as they play BRE, lee, NEW and BUR in the next 4 GWs. West Ham have had a tough start to the season but could turn it around here. Bowen and Diouf stand out as picks.

GW 8 Player Recommendation: Bukayo Saka (9.9m) has to be considered Arsenal’s first choice penalty taker after scoring one vs WHU. Arsenal’s upcoming fixture run is excellent (ful, CRY, bur, sun), and Saka could potentially be the best midfielder in the game during this period.

GW 8 Player to avoid: Almost 400k FPL managers have already bought Moises Caicedo (5.8m) ahead of GW 8. I don’t necessarily think he’s a bad pick, he’s great for DEFCON, but all his goals have come from low xG chances. Enzo (6.7m) offers more for me, especially as he takes pens.

GW 8 Tips 💡 🔹 Don’t assume that Saka’s pen share is 100%. Gyökeres could take a pen at some point even if Saka is first choice. 🔹 Having a decent first sub is generally useful in GWs right after international breaks. It’s possible that we’ll see some unexpected benchings.

GW 8 Captaincy: Erling Haaland - 💰14.5 Fixture: EVE (H) It will be an easy captaincy decision for Haaland owners this GW. 9 goals in 7 PL games this season, averaging 1.16 xG/90 as well. Incredible numbers, which makes him the clear standout captain this GW given the fixture.

Mohamed Salah - 💰14.4 Fixture: MUN (H) Only 4 G/A in 7 PL games from Salah is below expectation, but he’s proven that he’s usually a very reliable captaincy option and he’s still a good FPL asset. Also worth noting that he’s recorded 17 G/A in his last 8 PL games vs Man Utd.
