@TRHLofficial One minor correction. I suppose you could say the bullet was somewhat near his heart. The bullet was in Monroe's shoulder though and that is where it remained. He was the only U.S. President ever shot in battle. Washington wasn't shot, but, his coat was pierced by bullets.
