@Windows Can you make a separate version of windows with: (1) no advertisements (2) no microsoft account (3) no integrations with your web services besides the updates / antivirus stuff. (4) no bloat outside of MS Paint, Notepad, Windows Media Player, Preview, etc. I would pay $500.
