2⃣AMAZON Amazon's now-defunct platform Amazon Smile, which allowed shoppers to donate a portion of their purchases to charity, used the SPLC to screen potential charity recipients. 🧵10/17

3⃣MASTERCARD Heritage's proposal for Mastercard notes that David Horowitz, whom the SPLC demonized for warning about radical Islam, said Mastercard and Visa cited the SPLC in cutting off his Freedom Center. 🧵11/17
