Sequencer Rotation One active sequencer at a time. It rotates with the world’s economic day: Tokyo, Netherlands, Northern Virginia, Los Angeles. In each window, operators stake $MEGA to compete. Selection considers stake, past performance, and infra. Faults are slashed.
Outcomes: • End-to-end latency tracks where users are most active • Ranked standbys take over instantly on failure • Predictable, continuous operation around the clock
Proximity Markets Bidding for sequencer-adjacent floorspace. Market makers and apps optimize for minimal latency so that orders are submitted and confirmed in real-time. DeFi gets tighter spreads and deeper liquidity.
Outcomes: • Seats are bid on by locking $MEGA • Dynamic allocation based on demand, tokenized and transparent • Onchain indexer streams real-time market data to react instantly As demand for CoLo grows, so does the demand of $MEGA.
