THREAD 🧵The $BYND Reflexive Setup No One’s Noticing 316M Shares Issued doesn't mean Endgame. That dilution reset the denominator. Everyone saw the 8-K headline but no one read the timeline. Those shares aren’t all live yet. They settle Oct 30, not today. Until then, the

This Is Exactly How $GME Set Up in Early ’21. GME’s squeeze didn’t begin after dilution...it began because of it. When the denominator resets but the float hasn’t yet delivered, shorts get cornered. Same mechanics, same timing window. Shorts bet on future supply… but future

Flow Tells the Story. Dark-pool blocks printing $2.85–$2.95 70–80 M per print.... That’s not retail churn... that’s absorption. Convert desks to quant desks to option MMs. Every hand-off tightens the coil.

Borrow Tightening = Fuse Lit. @ORTEX Snapshot: Reported SI around 18.3% of float (vs expanded denominator) Shares on loan ≈ 110M CTB rising to 16–46% range IBKR availability down to 4.4M But here’s the catch...@grok that 18% is incorrect calm.... It’s measured against the

Institutional Rotation Confirmed. 13F data: Context Capital exits 20 M shares (Oct 21). D.E. Shaw, Wolverine, GMT, Point72 enter (Oct 22 filings). That’s a denominator hand-off. Smart-flow desks that trade reflexivity, not fundamentals. IBRK availability down to 4.4 M shares.

Structural Trigger Zone. Chart compression between EMA55 around 2.86 & POC around 3.03. Above 3.06 is the first gamma reclaim. Above 3.71 is the dealer polarity flip. Add expiring puts + Oct 30 settlement = reflexive ignition window.

Synthesis. Denominator reset ✅ Float absorption ✅ Borrow tightening ✅ IV rebuilding...All that’s left = flow ignition.

Reflexivity Doesn’t Die...It Reloads. 316 M shares issued on paper. 80 M still float in reality. Borrow tight, gamma coiled, timing compressed. Flows move before narratives & reflexivity doesn’t die. It resets the denominator, then rewrites the chart. If timing aligns, $BYND

@mikalche Those are the NEW convertibles. Not the ones that were just exchanged. It's trivial to check the SEC filings to see that you're wrong.

@linglingfool I’m not referring to the new notes... I’m referring to the 316 M shares created from the note exchange. Those were issued mid-Oct, but per the same filing, allocation into unrestricted CUSIP occurs over the course of Oct 17, subject to DTC procedures. That’s the operational lag

@mikalche Incorrect.

@JJRANDHAWA "Subject to DTC procedures” means exactly what I said staged allocation through settlement participants. Data will confirm it before opinions do. We’ll see what borrow data says next week.@grok

@mikalche @grok can you explain the entire thread in simple language as I am not familiar with any of the topics mentioned by the author. Cannot understand ortex reflexivity etc and the repetition of similar sentences without adequate explanation.

@mikalche Oh ya, it absolutely means endgame if you got products that produce 70 million in loss incurring revenue!

@mikalche Until then they will naked short it to death!

@mikalche Dilution reset the float, but timing's the play here. Reflexivity reloads.

@mikalche Ty for being accurate…bears arguing that the short borrow rate is like 40-100%+ and 0 shares left to short yesterday while also arguing that only 9% of float is short due to dilution..just dumb

@mikalche @grok Then how could volume get to 800M shares?

@mikalche 100% correct. New supply could stay in t/a limbo until after the earnings call or 3+ week or beyond. Market ASSUMES that the new shares are already alive without understanding the mechanisms behind. $BYND.

@mikalche Thought you said there would be no dilution to the float...

@mikalche You are unflappable in your ignorance. Post your accounts,, big money. Shut up for 5 mins. And show your money, you charlatan clown
