š¤ šµ I've received a lot of questions from @ninjasquirrel22 regarding how to check coins and what is good or not and I thought may be it's best to just answer them publicly so here we go. Question : "1. How do you interpret a bubble map after applying magic nodes and then
"2. How do you get Top 70 holders and whatās a healthy % range?" I get the Top 70 holders checking the bubblemap tab on http://gmgn.ai. A healthy % range would be less than 50% but these coins are already well established, have thousands of holders and so on. So
"3. Whatās a healthy % range for Top 10 holders?" Less than 25%
"4. How do you calculate the remaining holdersā average? Why is the average significant?" You can see that on gmgn as well, it is the MC/Holder value.
"5. Whatās the point of looking at a CEX map? Everytime I click it, it shows me a yellow cluster. I guess if itās a central wallet with unifying spokes to other wallets thatās a red flag." That is because you only check bsc coins. Checking the CEX map can show you large clusters
"6. On some coins, you spotted wintermute, MEX C clusters. Are these a bad thing? How did you know on one coin there was a Wintermute āmarket making botā?" It's not really that serious, when you see the main Wintermute market making bot the wallets linked to it can be real users
"7. For good wallets, I can track them on GMGN by pressing ātrackā. For bad wallets, do you track them too? How do you store them ā on a word file or something? (I am trying to organize my trading laptop)" I track both good and bad wallets but i am always hitting the 5000
"8. On some coins, you just said it was a honeypot. How is a honeypot coin different from a bundled coin?" A honeypot scam can be easily spotted on gmgn because the bundles don't have bnb/sol bags, they have 0, basically a honeypot coin can be malicious with bad code or can
"9. For coins that are more than 20m mc, surely bots have little impact on them because they have a bigger market cap and canāt be impacted as much as a 1m mc coin?" Bigger market cap coins have greater liquidity, but some buyers accumulating can quickly have more than the
"10. The game seems to be now buy, make your 2x 3x, and then leave. Is it worth anymore going back to old narratives like $michi?" I can't say, most old coins are dried atm and i'm not sure they'll come back but that's just my opinion. We see coins coming back to life regularly,
"11. There was one coin where you said the distribution was not good - $IYKYK ā but you still bought that. Iām guessing you felt that sometimes you can go against the red flags if the lore is good?" Yes I sometimes go against the red flags because distribution is a living
"12. To me, Solana doesnāt protect their own meme coins whereas Binance supports the meme coins on their chain. Do you see BNB memes leading solana memes going forward?" Binance is centralizing memecoins with memerush and it wasn't intended that way, these binance exclusive
"13. For $Kurumi, the checks look fine. What is stopping me from putting $20k cash on it?" In my case i'd probably faint before putting $2k into it so, i don't know, it's not really that super clean and you never know. I'm not here to tell you what to do but $20k is a lot of
"14. For $kingcoin, the checks looked fine. It still rugged though. Why?" Not sure which kingcoin that is, but if it's 9noXzpXnkyEcKF3AeXqUHTdR59V5uvrRBUZ9bwfQwxeq, i'm not so sure distribution doesn't look that super clean.
"15. You mentioned that some coins do not have KOLs in it being a bad sign. But just because Sibel or Gake is in it, does not mean it is a runner? For example, Sibel says Hajimi coin is the best out there. But we will never know if itās cabal owned and can be rugged down the
"16. KayTheDoc had a thoughtful post about winning in memes and he suggested tools. I tried Chinese Pump Capitalās premium calls but there were so many every minute, how was I to know what to buy? Itās like buying in the dark. Iām likely to stick to observing good traders and
"17. I can't possibly be at my desk 24/7. If I am out, and only have my mobile phone, how do I stay in the game if needed?" That's basically the million dollar question, you can't stay 24/7 in front of your computer and you'll miss most runners, imagine stitting 24/7 and you
"18. Overall, it seems to me that if coin XYZ is called, and it looks good, by the time I check the bubblema, cex map, top holders, fresh wallet buys, etc, a good 2 minutes would have gone and I would be late in buying. Is it me or is there a faster way to do it?" Fomoing is bad
@badattrading_ @ninjasquirrel22 Well done <3
@so_nh @ninjasquirrel22 all in a day's work sir
@badattrading_ @ninjasquirrel22 Thank you! šš¤
@badattrading_ Thanks very much, Nova! Memes are still a dangerous game but awareness like this helps people stay more careful and navigate the space better. šŖš¼
