@Helios_Movement I'm diagnosed adhd, but can't eat gluten or dairy. Would get red raised lumps (I assume hives) on the inside of my thighs and knuckles if I ate the wrong thing, but it wild be hit and miss. Sometimes wine caused this, sometimes it didn't. I suspect histermine is the issue

@Helios_Movement Excellent post. I work in functional medicine; high blood histamines can absolutely wreck a person. We order a histamine determination lab on every single patient as this is the root cause for many issues.
@Helios_Movement Recall a nurse telling me her magic “cocktail” to help treat a migraine…included Pepcid because it acted like an antihistamine which made no sense to me at the time. So thank you for sharing this - I appreciate your insight!

@Helios_Movement Did you know that first antipsychotic was an antihistamine? I personally think histamine issues cause most mental health disorders. Which can probably easily be managed with diet and supplements. I really hope the truth comes out soon.
