@CrimewatchTO My friend came for a visit from London, England this past summer and she was absolutely shocked by the level of poverty and open drug use in Toronto. They have issues in London, obviously, but not to the degree we have with open drug use like they do in Toronto.

@CrimewatchTO I saw this recently outside No Frills at Centre Point Mall, broad daylight with mothers and kids walking into the store. Mall property mgmt claims “nothing we can do about it. It’s the city’s responsibility”. Even though it’s on private property. The real problem is no one acts.
