Except believing in chemtrails is insane, and believing you can rehabilitate *some* violent criminals is accurate. Recidivism rates are high but not 100%. And other countries do better. Norway used to have a 70% recidivism rate, but reforms made it 25%. I prefer the sane side.
@HistoryBoomer Whether 0 people believe in chemtrails or 30% or 100% of the population do has ~zero impact on anyone’s life. Releasing violent offenders because you believe in rehabilitation means some people get murdered or raped who otherwise wouldn’t have been. Their lives matter.
