My big takeaway from Trump's lengthy Air Force One gaggle is that he's talking about shredding the Constitution by being in office for a third term increasingly openly. If you don't think he'll try it, you're in denial.
@atrupar Here’s the thing—the 22nd Amendment was passed for one reason only: to limit a president to two terms. There’s zero wiggle room. To suggest there is suggests the constitution is no longer binding.
@gregmcantwell @atrupar Why not just do what libs did to the 2nd ammendment. "Uh yeah, certain guns are super scary so we'll just ignore the text where it says shall not be infringed" "Okay, democrats are a death cult, so we're going to ignore the 2 terms thing"
