@Paul_Melman @keysmashbandit That was the agreement in place before the law went into effect. They just didn't place LGBTQ kids with strict Catholic families. But they are allowed to place Catholic kids with LGBTQ foster families. There is no law against that.

If there were a religious sect with enough followers that believes god tells them to molest their kids would you call it discrimination to not let them adopt?
