2/ The Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund (STAC) gives institutional investors access to AAA-rated U.S. dollar CLOs, one of the most resilient and income-generating credit asset classes.
3/ STAC invests in AAA-rated CLOs from both primary and secondary markets using a fundamentals-driven approach, targeting stable, risk-adjusted returns without leverage.
4/ The fund was developed with BNY as custodian and will be sub-advised by BNY Investments, which oversees $2.1 trillion in AUM. STAC also features a planned $100 million anchor allocation from @grovedotfinance, an institutional-grade credit infrastructure protocol.
