Hey it's worth noting something about that Limited run games Little Samson announcement.... "Little Samson trademark is a trademark registered to Limited run games" They bought the trademark and ip of Little Samson....
@littleNickyGBC We received a license from the Japanese government to re-release the title, but we needed to register the trademark to ensure we had clear use of the original names (as we've previously had issues with releases like Tomba, where an unrelated party had claimed the trademark)
