- but his grandpa's advice now echoes in Yuuji's head as he watches the older boy sitting in the corner of his bedroom, back to the wall and head bowed. Besides his long, 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 legs, and the snow-white hair flopping over his forehead, the most notable thing about the boy is

the fact that he's... blurry. Yuuji blinks and rubs his eyes - yep, the boy still looks fuzzy at the edges, like the subject of a photograph taken out of focus. Yuuji dares to creep closer. He sits a metre or two away from the boy. He doesn't say anything, but he makes a small

noise - an embarrassing sound, something between a cough and a whimper - just to let the boy know that he's there. The boy's head moves almost imperceptibly - and Yuuji sucks in a breath as a pair of eyes of shifting shades of blue meet his own, dark brown and flung wide.

--- Yeah... Not too eventful, this one... I sadly lack the energy right now to write the other scenes I'd imagined, such as: • Ghost!Satoru's memory being muddled, so he doesn't remember anything but his name, and experiences just flashes of what happened during Hidden Inventory

• Ghost!Satoru learning what a real family should be like from watching Yuuji and Wasuke • Ghost!Satoru tutoring Yuuji in science and teaching him how to fight • Their tearful farewell as ghost!Satoru appears to sacrifice himself to exorcise a Special Grade curse that was

going to kill Yuuji... Satoru wakes up, enlightened and ready to blast a hole through Toji's chest and his arm clear off... He remembers very little of his time with Yuuji, although the warmth of the younger boy's hand lingers...
