Once the Clarity Act is approved, Ripple must hold under 20% of XRP’s supply to avoid being a security. By ceding part to the U.S. government, it complies and allows the IMF to set XRP’s price since the IMF can only adopt assets first adopted by nations. XRP IS THE NEW E-SDR.

Please stop liking my post. @bgarlinghouse will see it and get angry for revealing the plan.

@unknowDLT If this does ends up being the case, I’ve wondered if it’s a pegged price (which can be adjusted) or a floating price

@showmeyourseed It is more likely to be a fixed price. But in the event that it is a floating price, volatility will not exceed 1-5% per year.

@unknowDLT Where did the 20% come from? I didn’t know that was part of the clarity act

@unknowDLT Do we see a set price and grow organically or do we just sky rocket ?

@wavefinder123 If this ends up happening, the price would explode on the same day. Everyone will move their speculative assets to XRP.

@unknowDLT Interesting theory. Perhaps this is why Schwartz is talking about selling the escrow.

@LumpyNews Exactly. The Clarity Act will be approved in November. When David tweets, we need to pay close attention. That's why I said the timing is wild. With that strategy, XRP goes from being a "speculative" asset to being an IMF e-SDR.

@unknowDLT Timeline estimate for clarity act?

@ModelsNeedSleep Probably before Thanksgiving.

@unknowDLT They are already grandfathered in as NOT A SECURITY by a court of law. So no.

@unknowDLT Is this why @evernorthxrp is forming and people like @chrislarsensf are 'donating' their xrp to it?

@unknowDLT This is a good development. Ripple would need to disclose that they own less than 20% after all the escrow purchase agreements are disclosed. Or shift significant XRP ownership to the Ripple affiliated treasury company - Evernorth.

@unknowDLT What happens to ETH, SOL, and DOGE. They have an infinite supply????????

@unknowDLT the roadblock here is getting CLARITY passed. the senate is too focused on removing trump's tariffs than in advancing crypto legislation. i don't expect anything until well after the midterms.

@unknowDLT I asked grok why launch XRP ETF’s if XRP is the new E-SDR The coexistence of spot XRP ETFs and an IMF-controlled e-SDR seems most likely as a transitional or dual-use strategy. The ETF launch reflects current U.S. regulatory momentum and market demand, while the e-SDR idea

@unknowDLT Sounds delicious, but if they have (which they will) a private ledger will that price alone stay on that ledger?

@unknowDLT If this plays out, we’re not talking about another altcoin… we’re talking about a monetary protocol baked into global infrastructure. XRP as the new e-SDR? 👀

@unknowDLT Never gonna happen, be a massive dump in price as it enters the market

@unknowDLT Make sense, all start with government shutdown ending and Ripple banking licence.

@unknowDLT Hmmm, interesting 🤔

@unknowDLT @grok how likely is this?

@unknowDLT says who?

@unknowDLT Could this be the motivation for a company like evernorth? Split supply?

@unknowDLT @Marc_Fagel is this true?
