Let’s start with the big question… 🔥 Triple Arsenal defense?

Arsenal’s next 5️⃣ fixtures: BUR (A) SUN (A) TOT (H) CHE (A) BRE (H) BUR & SUN have 50%+ CS odds each — almost guaranteed 💪 But TOT, CHE, BRE are trickier (35–45% CS odds). Spurs & Chelsea are joint-top scorers in the league (17 goals each) ⚽

Personally, I like to hedge. Triple defence feels too risky — I rarely even double up and prefer spreading defenders across teams for CS variance. But… there is a case 👇

2 of Arsenal’s top 5 for G+A this season are defenders 😳 - Timber (4 G+A) - Calafiori (3 G+A) And Gabriel’s threat is well documented — he’s been due every week 😅 So if defenders are also their key attacking outlets, triple-up isn’t the craziest idea.

However… I’d still avoid triple Arsenal defence right now. Burnley’s next fixture might look juicy, but here’s a twist — they’ve conceded an xGA of 18.1 already this season 😬 (highest in the league). So I’m happier attacking that weakness with Eze & Gyökeres this week.

Would I move a Raya or Gyökeres ➡️ Gabriel with multiple transfers? Probably not. Arsenal’s good fixture run is nearing its end. Might be better to hold fire and plan for fixture turns from GW12 instead 🔁

Next up 🦅 💥 Best Palace 3x

Palace’s next 5 fixtures look delicious: BRE (H) BHA (H) WOL (A) MUN (H) BUR (A) All 5 opponents are in the bottom half for goals conceded. And 3 of them (BUR, WOL, BHA) are in the bottom 5, having shipped 15+ goals already 🤯

That means — we want 2 Palace attackers. Palace are top for xG this season (17.6). Mateta & Sarr have shared most of those big chances 🍒 So they’re the clear picks in attack.

Defence is where it gets interesting 👀 Muñoz is obviously the standout pick 🔒 But Wharton & Guehi are both strong options if you’re tight on budget.

Wharton has 14 key passes already — that’s huge for his price 💫 Assist potential incoming soon. And Guehi? Quietly the highest-scoring Palace player so far this season.

In fact, Guehi’s attacking metrics are almost identical to Muñoz — similar xG, similar key passes, 0.8m cheaper. If you need funds elsewhere, Guehi as your 3rd Palace pick is totally viable ✅

If you don’t have any Palace attackers yet, 👉 this is the week to fix that. They’re entering one of the best attacking runs of the season.

Now, let’s talk about the red elephant in the room 🐘 🔥 Do we go for Man United assets (and Mbeumo)?

United’s next fixtures: NFO (A) TOT (A) EVE (H) CRY (A) WHU (H) WOL (A) BOU (H) AVL (A) That’s 3 away games in the next 4 🚗 So first, let’s split their home vs away numbers 👇

🏠 Home: 5P | 4W-0D-1L | xG: 10 🚗 Away: 4P | 1W-1D-2L | xG: 6.2 So roughly 2 xG per home game vs 1.5 away — a clear dip. Also definitely more dominant at home with 4 wins in 5.

Forest are leaky, sure. But Spurs, Everton, and Palace (the next three) are all top half for fewest goals conceded. So while momentum is with United (3 wins in a row), the next few fixtures look tricky.

Personally, I’m happy holding my midfield of Semenyo, Enzo, Eze, and Gakpo for now. Forest is fine, but after that? Not ideal. Would rather reassess closer to GW12.

Now the fun part — Bruno vs Mbeumo ⚔️ Numbers are close, but eye test says Mbeumo every day of the week. He’s more involved, more central to Man United's attack, and consistently getting big chances.

Fun fact: Mbeumo is top for xA among United mids — 2.11, even higher than Bruno 🧠 Also 2nd for xG behind Bruno (who’s had 3 pens). No wonder Mbeumo is the most transferred-in player this week.

So if you’re debating that slot: ✅ Mbeumo is safer on form + involvement. ⚠️ Bruno has pens + slight explosive upside. Pick your poison 😅

That wraps up our GW10 key debates — ✅ Arsenal 3x defence? Not for me (yet) ✅ Palace 3x? Go for it. Attack is 🔥 ✅ Mbeumo vs Bruno? Mbeumo wins on balance.
