Maybe it’s because I learned from a Chinese lithography expert, but a lot of Chinese characters are mixed in — I hope that’s okay. And I’m not a lithography expert myself. My knowledge in this field is quite shallow.
@Jukanlosreve Their DUVi already under qualification. EUV will be fast-tracked. EUV mask research started in 2018/2019 (my friend hired by Huawei from top U.S. companies) Good progress in EUV lighting source as well.
