@IndiGo6E My mother’s 10:15 am non-stop flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on 3rd Nov turned into a nightmare. First, it got rescheduled to 4th Nov 5:30 pm WITH A LAYOVER - and the reason given? “Operational issues.” No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a lazy, robotic response.
@IndiGo6E And seriously, who is accountable beyond IndiGo for this kind of mistreatment and harassment? Where is @DGCAIndia, @MoCA_GoI, @CivilAviationIn when passengers are stranded and humiliated like this?

Passengers are just helpless and kind of mental exhaustion they go through is inhumane! We are being treated like a herd of cattle!
