Hey @IndiGo6E, what kind of circus are you running? I literally made this account only to tell people the scam you’re running and because your own ground staff said “online hi connect kar sakte hain”. So here we are.

@IndiGo6E My mother’s 10:15 am non-stop flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on 3rd Nov turned into a nightmare. First, it got rescheduled to 4th Nov 5:30 pm WITH A LAYOVER - and the reason given? “Operational issues.” No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a lazy, robotic response.

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - I spent talking to your clueless customer support reps (12 hours prior to the original flight), each one giving different info, until finally she got rebooked on a 7:30 pm flight via Ahmedabad. Not ideal, but at least she’d reach home. Or so I thought.

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - She reached Ahmedabad - exhausted, distressed, but hopeful she’d be home by midnight. Then came the next shock: her connecting flight was delayed to 1:45 am. Then again delayed to 3:10 am. Reason? “THERE IS NO PILOT.” You genuinely cannot make this up!!!!!!!!!!

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - So here’s a middle-aged woman, traveling alone, now stranded at Ahmedabad airport after already spending nearly 12 hours in transit, and your staff can’t even offer accommodation or a hot meal.

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - When she asked for food, your ground staff said, “Who eats dinner after 10 pm?” What kind of shameless, tone-deaf response is that? Seriously, HOW INHUMAN CAN YOU BE?

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - this isn’t just a delay. It’s harassment. It’s complete disregard for human decency. She paid for a non-stop flight, got a 24-hour ordeal, and not one manager had the courtesy to speak to her or take responsibility. NO UPDATES, NO EMPATHY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - Your airline has turned “operational reasons” into an excuse for chaos and exploitation. This is not a budget airline issue - it’s a basic humanity issue. Shameful service, rude staff, and zero systems in place. Absolutely disgraceful.

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E - She’ll finally reach Mumbai around 3:30 am, after starting her journey at 9 am for what was supposed to be a 90-minute flight. Do you have any idea how mentally and physically exhausting this is? You owe an FORMAL APOLOGY, a REFUND, and serious INTROSPECTION.

@IndiGo6E And seriously, who is accountable beyond IndiGo for this kind of mistreatment and harassment? Where is @DGCAIndia, @MoCA_GoI, @CivilAviationIn when passengers are stranded and humiliated like this?

@AnkitaGupta1805 @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI seriously needs to look into such matters where airlines like @IndiGo6E take their customers for granted. Who is accountable? Passengers are just helpless and kind of mental exhaustion they go through is inhumane! We are being treated like a herd of cattle!
