Major insight I had recently A powerful way to actually practice self belief. Practice thinking about ways in which you already are "good enough" in day to day Read that again. This is VERY different than reciting affirmations and all that crap

Examples: • what if I never find the answer? —> I already know the answer • what if I can't do it? —> I have the capacity to do this already • how do I love myself? —> if I didn't love myself, I wouldn't be asking this question • will this work out for me? —> It's already

Self belief is often just peeling back the curtains on whatever is insisting that you are broken You do this by playfully trying to be in a question like, "What if there's actually nothing to do? What if I'm already at the finish line?"

It's sort of like, imagine whatever your perceived lack was a farce the whole time. The funny thing is, the perception of the lack often creates "evidence" for it, when really it was just you were sabotaged by it It's not that you really have a lack, it's that the idea that you

Relates to inner game of tennis Soon as people try to serve, they fuck up. When they trust their body, it works like a charm Trying = serve will not work unless I make it work = I'm not good enough Trust their body = I'm good enough, this will just work if I leave my body to

Do an experiment: any time you feel like effort is required, try wondering about how it could be that actually no effort is required, because you already are/can do/have what you need for this thing? Try to see effort as the cause of failure

A cool frame: "I am 100% built to spec, built for life" Excellence is the default - negative outcomes are always externalities added on top, that should be subtracted off next time Success is the default Working out is the default Being easy, fun is the default Etc

@samismx The problem is I tend to forget that I AM but remembering now more often and realizing the main war is between me and my emotions Emotionally charged thoughts creates > Energy > Vibration > Frequency > Reality

Getting your dopamine from what you consume is like getting your energy from carbs Getting it from what you create is like getting it from fats (keto) Carb adapted vs Fat adapted Be fat adapted!
