A high scoring gameweek saw us grab on to a bunch of big green arrows in #GW10 and now we look to carry this momentum into #GW11 with these three standout candidates who could be amongst the best to lead your teams:

Haaland - LIV (H) The robot is inevitable & was back on the score sheet with yet another brace in the fixture against BOU! He now faces a LIV defence that has been quite porous conceding 14 goals in 10 games while keeping only 3 CS, playing attacks much weaker than Man City’s.

Haaland’s reign of terror continues for the PL defences as he now has 13 goals in 10 games, ranking 1st for goals scored, xG & nPxG, 17th for Big Chances Created & 1st for Penalty Area Touches. The City attack also continues to dominate as a unit ranking 1st for goals discord,

2nd for xG & for Big Chances Created! Meanwhile the Liverpool defence has been underperforming their xGC and are still recovering from a rough patch of results. Both teams would be on the attack this fixture as they aim to close the gap at the top, which could see some big

attacking spaces that could benefit Haaland who in this form could create havoc! The added spot kick duties also could come in clutch in such a cagey fixture, making him an excellent candidate for this week’s captaincy.

Mateta - BHA (H) Speaking of strikers in form, the conversation can’t be complete without mentioning Mateta who features next on the shortlist this GW after scoring another goal in the fixture against Brentford. The Brighton defence would pose a similar challenge to him this GW

and we back him to take advantage of their vulnerabilities and get on the score sheet once again. Mateta has been rocking the league this season and ranks 2nd for goals scored, xG, nPxG & 12th for Penalty Area Touches leading an exciting Palace attack that's playing to the

tunes of Glasner, ranking 9th for goals scored, 1st for xG & for Big Chances Created! The BHA defence rank 8th for xGC but have been underperforming conceding 15 goals from an xGC of 12.5 and keeping just one clean sheet in the process which is the joint-lowest in the league!

The high-flying attack of Palace would definitely bring the heat to this leaky Brighton defence and Mateta could reap the maximum benefits from it with his clinical finishing and added penalty duties, making him a strong contender for the armband this GW!

Pedro - WOL(H) It’s felt like shooting in the dark whenever anyone’s mentioned Joao Pedro this season with his on and off performances. This GW however could be when he rewards his owners with a big haul as he takes on a WOL defence that has been very poor & will now be under

new management! The underperformance from Wolves is unthinkable, conceding 22 goals from an xGC of just 13! On the other hand, the Chelsea attack is upbeat after the derby win against Spurs and the now rank 2nd for goals scored, 5th for xG, and 3rd for Big Chances Created.

Pedro was the difference last GW and would now have his tail up after having found the back of the net, he now ranks 14th for goals scored, 11th for xG, 7th for nPxG, 4th for assists, 1st for Big Chances Created, and 18th for Penalty Area Touches!

With Palmer still being on the sidelines, Pedro becomes a major focal point of the Chelsea attack and would be at the forefront of most of Chelsea’s attack against a very weak defence, making him a very stong choice for the armband this gameweek.

@thefplbois I'll be going for Gabriel as Captain. Halland has always fallen short against Liverpool. Pedro is too inconsistent for me. Welbeck, Mateta, and Halland are already in. No room for Pedro.
