Because if you watch the exchange, he seems to take issue only with the idea that Jews were "born" that way. He never objects to any of Fuentes's descriptions. He only makes the point, essentially, that Jews can be saved.

You think I'd advocate Megyn Kelly's private emails being released without her permission? I faulted Megyn for publicly defending Candace Owens for using implausible arguments that directly contradicted arguments she had made about other people in the past.
Summers is allowed to have a relationship with a free man. There is no legal procedure that deprioritizes his rights because you or I don't approve of who he chooses as a friend. I'm frankly dumbfounded that people don't understand this point. It seems so basic to me.
