@OCRegistrar Has reconciliation been confirmed yet ? A special election, like Prop 50—must be delayed until vote totals equal verified voters. It’s not politics; it’s math. Our laws (CA Elections Code §15372‑15375) require reconciliation before certification.
Perhaps the @DOJ has some say in what a "verified voter" is?
