/n What happened during the @humidifi's token launch can teach a lot, but we need to shed light on it first. TL;DR 1. @wintermute_t seems to hold 2.3% of WET supply 2. bot snipers dominated the presale with ~25% of total WET accrued from ICO Lets dive in 👇

/n Let's start from the beginning. In date 17:23:20 Nov 25, 2025 (UTC) 1,000,000,000 WET are minted

/n As preannounced in the WET tokenomics by @humidifi team, 10% is allocated for on-chain ICO - this corresponds to 100,000,000 WET

/n The ICO is divided in 3 phase using the @MeteoraAG presale Fixed Price

/n First Presale fixed at 0.05 USDC per WET, max 40,000,000 WET

/n Second Presale fixed at 0.05 USDC per WET, max 30,000,000 WET

/n Third and last Presale fixed at 0.069 USDC per WET, max 30,000,000 WET

/n If we track the amount of WET bought by presale phase, we can immediately notice that something was off. The first phase is ~fairly evolving during the whole allowed period, meanwhile second and third presale last less than 1h.

/n By diving more, we can see that there are 5,085 distinct interaction, with one account interacting 162 with the presale, accruing 2.35% of total available WET

/n This account is the @wintermute_t liquidity bot. It uses some weird txs flagged by the @humidifi team as well.

/n The dynamic was quite strange, and the "buy WET button" was pressed multiple times in the same atomic tx. An example of these here 👇

/n However, there is still something to unpack. Indeed, if we look at the amounts of WET bought, we see a repeating amount - likely meaning some bot is buying WET.

/n If we check WET bought by account created just before the presale start, we can see that bots were buying ~25% of WET available.
