What Alex Karp is actually saying in this interview, which is an internal conversation among Jews, is that Jews are right now in control of vast resources that can be used for violence, and they need to use these to solidify their position rather than worry about optics.

The institutions he attacks, like Harvard and the intellectual elite, are all thoroughly Jewish. He's scolding this "liberal" tendency among Jews for getting too up their own ass with rhetoric about democracy and such and saying we have to use the power we have right now.

He makes a point of saying that his views, as well as support for the state of Israel, are far more controversial in public than they are in private among "elites" which just means Jews. His complaint is that public positioning for optics is getting in the way and not necessary.

Frankly, right wingers dumb enough to get sucked into what is obviously a Jewish ethnic strategy because they see some neurotic Jew making Niestzchean pronouncements and a surface level return to reactionary politics are just stupid and weak and should be relentlessly mocked.
