Your astral body is your master copy. It is the God of your life. It needs to be strengthened and protected. Failure to do that affects your 3D life

1. LOVE AND PRIORITIZE YOURSELF 

When you focus on loving &amp; prioritizing other people, your astral body follows suit. It will start to give away its blessings to other entities/people

It also becomes vulnerable to parasites. Self love &amp; prioritization makes it to focus on you

2. NEVER COMPLAIN 

Acknowledge a bad or unwanted situation but never complain

Once you complain, you are literally saying you, a victim and astral body, will take that as your preference. It will start to manifest more of that, further mutilating and destroying itself

3. UNTIE ENERGY KNOTS 

Dense energies remain in our bodies as knots. These knots are like tumors to a physical body. They grow as well

Untying these energy knots needs activities that release them, such as exercising, going out, yoga, etc. Your body needs health movements

4. AVOID ANGER AND BITTERNESS 

When you are angry at your enemy, the "poison" affects only your astral body. It does not know about other people, literally

Thus, avoid anger and bitterness because you are screwing yourself up. Acknowledge the evil done but flip the emotions

5. LAUGH

Laughing is one of the healthiest things that you can ever do. It makes your astral body to be strong

However, you can't force yourself to laugh. It needs to be naturally and spontaneous. 

Check how you are living your life and  eliminate situations that stifles you

6. DRESS UP 

The way you dress is the quickest and most powerful way of reminding yourself that you are important

Many people dress for occasions to please others but never dress up for themselves. Your subconscious mind will see that as self -hatred. Be nicely dressed  and elegant all the time.

7. LIVE A LUXURIOUS LIFE 

There is nothing more spiritual like a good life

Problem is they lied to you that there is a correlation between spirituality and poverty.

Luxury is very important for your astral body. Poverty mutates it, but wealthy builds it up

8. DETACH YOURSELF FROM NEGATIVITY 

Your astral body can't distinguish itself from the experiences of other people. The more you expose yourself to negativity through media or being in certain situations, the more it copies and manifests that ...making itself vulnerable

9. REMEMBER, YOU ARE A GOD 

Who you think you are determines what you can do. Remembering that you are a God empowers your astral body to take charge in the astral 

Religion is a nefarious lie so that they can still your energy from your astral body

10. AFFIRMATIONS 

This is one of the best ways to protect your astral body. Many entities want to feed on your astral body. When you do affirmations, you are protecting yourself. These affirmations need to target the astral boy
