How is Intensity Defined?

🕒 Intensity Levels measure how quickly teams disrupt Opponents' possession chains:

👉High Intensity: Disrupt within 6 seconds ⚡
👉Medium Intensity: 6–12 seconds 🚶
👉Low Intensity: More than 12 seconds 🧘

This tells us how aggressive and proactive teams are when they lose the ball.

📊 Ball Disruptions occur in specific zones within the pitch thirds:
