Dylan, one of our clients, had to stop playing sport due to years of chronic knee pain 

Here’s exactly what he did to rebuild his knee, improve his mobility and get playing sport 🦿▶️🦵

Firstly, huge credit to our lead coach, Mark. 

Since he joined the team he has been consistently helping clients get life changing results

Since Dylan joined the program, him and Mark have been working hard together to get Dylan back playing 

Dylan's knee pain persisted for years after a lack of clarity and direction from various medical professionals who suggested to rest and ice his knee leading to no improvements

Mark had him working on two main things:

1) Directly strengthening the knee joint

2) Strengthening the areas around the knee

Dylan had an open mind after not seeing results from conventional physio methods and bought in to our Knee Rebuild System

Here is how he got back to playing sport again pain free:

1) Increasing blood flow

They did this by doing a minimum of 10 minutes backwards walking per day

- This got Dylan back moving, at a pain free level

As his knee pain began to improve, they started progressing the movements... 

2) Strengthening the Knee Joint Directly

They did this by progressively loading the Poliquin Step-Up

- Increasing the height and the load

- This helps strengthen the knees connective tissue, ligaments and tendons 

3) Improving strength through greater ranges of movement

- Knee pain often stems from poor mobility above &amp; below the knee

- Dylan's limited range of motion from years of sport put huge stress on his knee

The ATG split squat opened up his tight hips &amp; strengthened the knee 

Dylan got back playing sport because:

- He stayed consistent
- Trusted the system
- Had an open mind, after not seeing results from conventional physio
