New whistleblowers led by Air Force veteran Jake Barber “who have worked at black sites out west in sensitive operations” are coming forward to take the first step towards UFO/UAP disclosure.

Dr. Greer explained why Barber’s upcoming testimony to NewsNation on his involvement in UFO crash retrievals is a game-changer:

“They decided to unmask themselves.”

“Their bona fides are extremely high, they’re going to be established in terms of their long-term involvement with these operations—decades.”

“They’re adding the credibility of having … boots on the ground at these facilities. It’s not like they were there in the 60s or 80s or something, these are current operations.”

President-elect Trump will take office just two days after the crash retrieval footage is revealed on NewsNation.

Dr. Greer is “cautiously optimistic” about UFO disclosure.

He revealed that late last night, he received several “Executive Order drafts” related to disclosure:

“One of them … is to establish a coordination office on UAPs/UFOs in the White House.”

“Order number two is … having all different agencies coordinate it—and they keep using the word disclosure.”

“Every one of these Executive Orders mentions the word disclosure.”

“There’s one … that’s enhanced protections for the whistleblowers.”

“That is something that we’ve been asking for for 30-some years.”

Dr. Greer is confident the new whistleblowers are “very supportive of … reversing the dynamic between humans and extraterrestrials.”

Currently, that dynamic is “either a total denial that they exist or an aggressive, covert, unsupervised, illegal … targeting, shooting the craft down with electromagnetic pulse weapons.”

“The team coming forward have been part of those operations and know how they operate … including the weapons systems used.”

“I have been out there and I’ve seen the facilities.”

“One site I was over, one or two ET/NHI craft a year are downed.”

“How much of that will come out has a lot to do with US government support for these [whistleblower] protections.”

Dr. Greer warned that “not every bit of illegal secrecy is unwarranted.”

“The illegal part is totally unwarranted and unconstitutional, but there are certain things that have to be kept secret.”

“Some of these technologies that allow for the manmade craft to go from point A to B at several hundred thousand miles per hour—manmade—if that technological capability were released in the current world where there are t***orist cells, where there are unstable regimes, where there are nations that sponsor t***orism, those technologies would absolutely be turned into a missile delivery system and it would be catastrophic.”

“Those have to be kept secret for a while until humanity gets to some level of collective security.”

A first step towards peaceful relations with ETs, Dr. Greer says, is an “international effort with Russia, America, China, other nation-states … to agree to cease and desist from any aggressive, violent actions against ET craft or their persons.”

“The second would be to initiate a global peaceful outreach to them.”

“The massive breakthroughs in technology—those are all things we have paid for as taxpayers, and those would be the ultimate peace dividend.”

The UFO that crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 was taken down by an “early electromagnetic, directional energy weapon,” Dr. Greer alleged.

“Given their technological superiority … the proof that they’re not [hostile] is that we’re still here.”

“I have said this many times at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and at the Pentagon.”

“They have been very, very patient with us in tolerating this aggressive behavior that has resulted in the downing of their craft, the k***ing of their people, and then the reverse-engineering of their technology, which we have then flipped around and used against them.”

Dr. Greer alleged that what Jake Barber will reveal with Ross Coulthart on NewsNation is the “tip, tip, tip, tip of a very big iceberg of evidence and materials.” 

Dr. Greer alleged this covert group “deepened the secrecy” of their UFO/ET operations after they “mastered gravity control” in October 1954.

“Folks like Allen Dulles and others pretty much began to push the President—never mind members of Congress—out of oversight.”

“Eisenhower warned of this when he said beware the military-industrial complex and it’ll be a threat to our democracy.”

“He knew that because on his watch, unfortunately, the whole matter went sideways.”

“He was betrayed by people he trusted, and they seized the levers of control over these reverse-engineering and other operations dealing with UFOs, UAPs, NHI, extraterrestrials.”

“That happened around the time they had the eureka moment in October 1954 and we … mastered gravity control: the ability to control gravitational fields through very high-voltage electromagnetic systems that reach trans-dimensionally.”

“That’s the way it’s been since the late 50s, unfortunately.”

President Eisenhower explicitly warned that “public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite” in his 1961 farewell address.

This new phenomenon, he said, was “akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture.”

“The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.”

“As we peer into society’s future, we must avoid the impulse to live only for today, plundering, for our own ease and convenience, the precious resources of tomorrow.”

“We cannot mortgage the material assets of our grandchildren without risking the loss also of their political and spiritual heritage.”

“We want democracy to survive for all generations to come, not to become the insolvent phantom of tomorrow.”

Dr. Greer alleged the fact that UFO conferences and documentaries are “replete with all kinds of frightening encounters known as abductions and mutilations” is a psyop.

“It’s a psyop trying to be sure that people are afraid of the aliens, because the long term agenda that was hatched in the mid-50s was to create this specter of a threat from outer space that would unite the whole world fighting them.”

“As this comes out, one of the biggest tasks we’re gonna have is managing the legacy of disinformation and frightening portrayals of NHI … with what the truth is.”

“People have had already 70 years of psychological brainwashing and prejudice built in about all things alien.”

Dr. Greer: “There’s the actual UFOs that are extraterrestrial, and there’s the manmade ones.”

“They look very similar superficially. But at close range, they’re very different.”

“A manmade one back from the 50s and 60s had rivets and bolts in the interior of the ARV … from the Norton Air Show in 1988, where there were three of them in a hangar.”

“Those were … Mercury-era, so that’s late 50s, early 60s, and they had a little bit of scorch marks, they had been out in our solar system.”

If this covert group could fly ARVs through the solar system in the 1950s, “what do you think they have now, two-thirds of a century later?”

Dr. Greer alleged “they have continued to down and capture these craft.”

“Trillions have been spent on reverse-engineering them, and there have been massive breakthroughs in propulsion, material sciences, AI … all manner of developments that sound like science fiction.”

“Now, imagine a group that has the malicious intent to hoax a threat from outer space so that they can consolidate global power around fear and control.”

“Look at the responses to Covid and 9/11. It results in people suspending their intellect and their rational mind.”

Dr. Greer: UFO “disclosure needs to be part of an activist program where We The People ask the President and the Congress to take these specific acts.”

The new Trump Administration may present a rare chance for disclosure to move forward.

Dr. Greer: “Number one: extend full immunity and amnesty to people willing to come forward so that the maximum number of people come forward and it won’t be a violent encounter.”

“Secondly, you have to provide protection for the whistleblowers much stronger than it exists currently, which is in the Executive Order I just referred to.”

“On top of it, you’ve got to be able to put the funding in place to do a proper investigation of the subject that’s clean.”

Dr. Greer: President-elect Trump and Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi can “really get to the bottom of this” themselves if they want to. 

The anomalous drones spotted over New Jersey and the US recently are not alien, Dr. Greer said.

“Some of these are just obviously drones.”

“There are some other weird things going on with orbs and spheres and energy fields and weird fog—all of that phenomena, we have the capabilities to hoax as humans.”

“Whatever you imagine in terms of technological capability, it’s more than that.”

“All of those technologies could all be repurposed to healing, gathering knowledge, scientific investigation, travel, clean energy, using very advanced technology to reverse the damage we’ve already done to the Earth.”

“Currently, these technologies are in the hands of people who are more about consolidating power through fear and manipulation.”

In his briefing for President-elect Trump, Dr. Greer included illustrations to highlight the differences between ET craft and manmade ones.

“This has illustrations, you’ll see on the left side ET craft and on the right the manmade ones.”

“There are certain people out there who are embedded counter-intelligence officers and disinformation functionaries who go to members of Congress, the White House and the media and say, ‘We don’t have anything like that, therefore anything that looks alien is alien.’”

Dr. Greer: Many of the “great geniuses of the last 70 years” were plucked by this covert group to reverse-engineer UFOs.

“And nobody knows their names.”

“You then have a brain trust—and I would call it a brain drain for general society, because it’s all covert.”

“Those are guys who are often plucked out of high school and college who have IQs north of 200, who are absolute engineering and physics geniuses, and they live most of their lives working on these projects in a compartmented operation.”

“We’re now 70-80 years into an era of secrecy that’s been a mistake.”

Dr. Greer: “Wernher von Braun, in the last years of his life … ”

“He said, ‘They’re gonna hoax a threat, they’re gonna send objects that are gonna look alien and they’re not’—this is 1974, 50 years ago—he said, ‘it’s all a lie, but that’s how they can consolidate power, and that’s always been the long term plan, since the 50s.’”

“The only way that doesn’t happen is that our eyes are wide open, like we just pull the curtain back on the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, pulling all the levers, scaring the hell out of everyone.”

Dr. Greer: “For all the people who say all this is conspiracy theory, you’re about to have the wake-up of your life in the next couple of months.”

Dr. Greer closed with a reminder that “our eye needs to be on the prize.”

Gravity control, UFOs attacked with exotic energy weapons, reverse-engineered alien crafts …

The next 72 hours could change the course of human history.

Dr. Greer just launched a new podcast because a group of people “over the next 72 hours or so will be coming forward with a great deal of information and evidence related to the UFO and … extraterrestrial issue.”

He hopes to provide perspective, context, and analysis to the disclosure process—that is now apparently underway—to avoid manipulation of the information.

Dr. Greer began his disclosure work with the original goal of initiating a “program where humans would make contact with these civilizations … who are visiting here in a context of peace.”

“Within about a year or two, I was approached by people in the intelligence community in the US government about the problem, and some of them were hostile to what we were doing … and some were wanting to help.”

Dr. Greer explains that a covert group—unbeknownst to our elected government—has already spent EIGHT decades reverse-engineering crashed UFOs.

And they’ve been WILDLY successful.

“It’s gonna be a shock to the world and the American public to find out that the constitutional government in the US—since the late 1950s—has been basically pushed aside and relegated to irrelevance, frankly, on this issue.”

Dr. Greer: The whistleblowers and defectors about to come forward worked at “various black sites, which are highly classified, illegally-run operations in intelligence, military, and corporate programs.” 

Dr. Greer revealed that US researchers allegedly “mastered gravity control” in October 1954 and have since used advanced technology to take down many UFOs.

Reverse-engineered crafts have allegedly been “indistinguishable” from real UFOs for decades already.

“People who have been in these covert programs that are very disinformation-oriented have wanted the public to believe we’re not alone—but that there’s a threat from outer space … so that they can consolidate military power, industrial power.”

“Once they reversed-engineered the extraterrestrial vehicles … those then began to be deployed in the late 1950s into operational craft that look like a UFO. For most people … they’re indistinguishable.”

“Those have been used in deceptive operations known as false flag operations, and these include everything that’s in the pop culture on the subject.”

“This has been a CIA psyop for many, many decades.”

“Why are still here targeting them and knocking them out of the sky?”

“They’re not hostile. They’re here to help us and understand us, but they’re waiting for us humans to grow up to a level of evolution where we can live peacefully on the planet, become a planet using advanced technology … and then join them out in space eventually in an interplanetary society over the long haul, over hundreds and thousands of years. That’s their objective.”

“The objective of covert programs has been to attack these objects, seize them, study how they work … and then rebuild it.”

“Those reverse-engineering programs started in the 1940s and they hit major … results in October 1954 when they mastered gravity control.”

On the other hand, Dr. Greer believes the potential to “transform the world economy and civilization” with this technology is enormous.

“This would be, within 20 years, the BIGGEST advancement in known recorded human history.”

“Imagine full, advanced technological civilization … pulling energy out of the fabric of the space around an object called the quantum vacuum, or zero-point energy field.”

“What I’ve been told by people in the national security apparatus who’ve been on the side of keeping this secret … is that it’s too good, and what that means is it’s disruptive.”

“There will be winners and there will be losers. But the real winner is all of humanity and the Earth herself.”

Dr. Greer showed a briefing document recommended Executive Orders for President Trump and bills for Congress.

“It clearly recommends that there needs to be a law enforcement operation stood up that gets these programs—at least the most malignant of them—on a leash and gets them under control.”

“The technology arc from the 40s to now, it was gradual, and then it went … exponential.”

Dr. Greer: “This is my biggest worry … ”

“There can be NO foot-dragging about … getting these super high-tech swords that are in covert, illegally-run programs turned into plowshares.”

“And the ones that stay as swords need to be monitored and put on a very short leash.”

“The biggest part of the threat is that we continue to use very advanced directional energy weapons—electromagnetic pulse weapons … that has embedded what Tesla called a scalar signal, which is faster than the speed of light—to target these extraterrestrial vehicles or NHI craft, and then we bring them in … and hit them, and disable them and bring them down.”

“Sometimes they’re brought down intact, sometimes they’re blown to smithereens.”

“The people coming forward have dealt directly, operationally with those strikes.”

“One or two ET craft a year, even now, are targeted and downed over one site. Remember, there are sites like this all over the world.”

“While there’s no evidence these civilizations visiting us are hostile, they are certainly concerned about our hostility, and the only question is the patience and largesse that have been shown to us as evolving younger brothers and sisters in the cosmos, how much longer will that patience last?”

Dr. Greer: “We’ve lost 100 years of human evolution due to the sequestering and the secrecy of these advanced technologies, all the way back to the time of Nikola Tesla.” 

Dr. Greer explained that a critical mass of people who work within this covert operation want to get out of it themselves.

“A gentleman who works with this covert group that’s coming forward and defecting … he said: Dr. Greer, thank you for what you’re doing for those of us stuck on the other side.”

In 1956, an ET allegedly met with Colonel Philip Corso in New Mexico and asked the US to stop targeting and taking down their crafts.

If we did, the ET promised that “a new world” awaited us.

Dr. Greer: “In 2025, it’s a fork in the road. Do we want to take that new world?”

Corso “was out at White Sands Missile Range, where the first atomic bomb was detonated.”

A UFO “came in on radar and went down out in a remote area of the range. He drove out there in his Jeep and there was an ET craft there.”

“It would be solid, and then it would de-materialize and look like a heat wave … and then re-materialize.”

“An ET appeared outside of it … the ET basically was saying: Would you please stop targeting us?”

“Colonel Corso, being a brash, young Air Force guy, goes: What’s in it for me?”

“The ET says: A new world, if you can take it.”

Dr. Greer: “How could this be kept secret?”

“The legacy media … and a lot of the big podcasts … they answer to their moneyed masters.”

“Through intimidation and corruption, the mainstream media has never covered this.” 

Dr. Greer had a message just for whistleblowers:

“You’re under no obligation from your non-disclosure agreements because you signed it under an operation that was unconstitutional and illegal.”

“It has no force of law. That’s the foundation of the Disclosure Project.” 

Dr. Greer explained that the “dysfunction” of a covert group seizing power in the US began in the late 1950s.

“It has never been fixed.”

“There have been some CIA Directors who’ve known about this, like George H.W. Bush and Bill Colby and Richard Helms. There are others who haven’t.”

“There have been some Presidents who know a little bit, but have no control over it, and some who are told virtually nothing.”

“There are some Senators and members of the House who have been read in, others who haven’t. The ones who have are the ones who are willing to go along with that agenda.”
