Why I’m Super Bullish on @pendle_fi ?

One of the key reasons I’m extremely bullish on Pendle is its remarkable ability to adapt to market changes. 

I have a strong appreciation for projects and founders who possess the vision to pivot and evolve in response to ever-changing market conditions.

If Farming Point was the perfect catalyst that helped boost Pendle’s TVL to nearly $7B by mid-2024, and if Pendle played a major role in shaping Boyco on @berachain , then it’s only natural that the project now shifts its focus as point hype cools down, expanding into new market segments.

1) Boros: Unlocking a $150B Opportunity

Boros, running alongside V2, focuses on funding rates, tapping into an estimated $150B open interest in the perp markets, where traders are constantly paying or earning funding fees every second. 

With $200B in daily transactions, perps dominate the space—processing 10x the volume of the spot market.

Boros enables interest rate trading by allowing users to swap floating yield-streams for fixed yield-streams (and vice versa) until maturity. 

Essentially, this brings fixed-income strategies to the perps market, creating massive capital efficiency and a new DeFi primitive.
