while in between jobs, jimin lied on his resume and somehow got a job that everybody hates: being the talent manager of a highly bad-tempered idol, min yoongi

Seven months ago, Jimin was working as a bartender at Prism. A club that is popular among Seoul's top stars. From A-list celebrities to the big shot idols.

Jimin was excited! After being fired from his job at a small bookstore, he really wanted to try something different.

So there he is, manning the bar. Everything is much much louder in comparison in his last bookstore job. 

Everyone behind the counter is rushing through. People crowding the bar, asking for a drink. It was hectic, but Jimin is keeping up.

He hasn't seen any celebrity. Not yet, that is. The other bartender told him that top celebs don't come in until 2:00 am.

"The blond guy? Yeah, he's a regular here." Marcus says. Jimin learned his name in the break room.

Marcus clears his throat, "He's always in trouble though"

Jimin didn't think much of it. It's known that Yoongi has a temper and often causes trouble when he had too much to drink.

Jimin had always given him a benefit of the doubt. He thought working in such tough industry must be the reason behind it.

That is until Jimin met Yoongi.

Jimin was just about to go to the private tables to take the orders from A-lister and exclusive members. He hope he can see Yoongi there, at least.

But before he could leave, Marcus nudged him– asking if he could take the order of the blond guy at the end of the bar.

Jimin sighed, "I'm going to the private tables though, can't you get that one for me, please?" He pouts, hoping his cuteness would let him off the bartending duties.

Marcus smiled and said, "Trust me. You'll thank me later."

The blond has his back leaning against the counter, facing the dance floor. This dude definitely cut in line, but Jimin isn't questioning it anymore. "Hey, what can I get you?"

The blond turns to him and Jimin felt his blood rushing up his head. Oh my god. It's Min Yoongi!

"Oh" Jimin says. He's nervous but he tries not to show it. "Yoongissi, what would you like to drink?" He managed to say. He tried to look collected, but Jimin is smiling like an idiot.

"Scotch and soda." Yoongi says nonchalantly.

While Jimin is trying, and quite frankly, struggling to make his drink– he's debating on whether or not to say that he is a big fan.

This might be the only chance he could get, so he breathes. "I really like your songs, by the way.  And your voice... I really like your voice"

Yoongi only stares at the boy's cheeks going red. He slides the glass of scotch and soda to Yoongi, and he even had the courage to lean into the blond. "I'm Jimin, by the way" he offered a warm smile.

Yoongi takes a sip, eyes still locked to Jimin. "You're new here, aren't you?"

Jimin nods "Yeah, it's actually my first night!"

The blond smiles, "I could tell" he pushes his drink back to Jimin, "This tastes like shit"

Jimin's eyes went wide. He did not expect that. His smile turned to confusion. "Excuse me?"

"I said the drink you made tastes like shit"

"Oh," Jimin feels a bit offended. He actually took his training very seriously. He knows how to mix drinks!

"Do you have a specific ratio? Tell me, and I'll make another one for you" He even learned the 'customer voice even the customer is being an ass voice' during his training
