I used to panic about huge tasks.

Now I don't.

Give me 2 minutes, and I'll show you how to break through mental barriers using the S.M.A.R.T System: 

Specific:

Instead of a vague goal, like "start a business," set a specific target, such as "launch an e-commerce store selling handmade crafts in 3 months.

• Use systemize steps
• Define clear objective 
• Use precise language to eliminate confusion

Measurable:

Track your progress as you accomplish tasks.

• Create measurable milestones.
• Use tools like task lists.
• Celebrate small wins to stay inspired.

Achievable:

Break your journey into achievable steps, like researching suppliers and learning about online marketing.

• Divide the business launch into smaller, manageable tasks. 
• Prioritize tasks based on their importance. 
• Embrace each completed step as a victory.

Relevant: 

Align your business idea with your passion, picturing a venture that reflects your values and aspirations.

• Find personal significance in your entrepreneurial journey.
• Visualize the positive impact your business can bring.

Time-Bound:

Commit to goals by setting deadlines for stages of your business development.

• Set specific dates for each phase: e.g., launch website in 6 weeks. 
• Plan your timeline by working backward from your end goal. 
• Respect your deadlines to maintain momentum.

Through SMART goals, you can transform your mental barriers into stepping stones on your journey toward success.

Form a habit around this system instead of working hard to incorporate it into your journey.
