As a Kenyan official put it: Every time China visits we get a hospital, every time Britain visits we get a lecture.

I explain to those who do not get there. A state that invests, for example, by building hospitals in a poorer country certainly does not do pure charity, but creates a collaboration of mutual benefit. Who bombs and takes everything, what does he leave in return? The dead?

Study by British group,Western private lenders (funds, banks,oil companies) are most burdened by unsustainability of  debt.
They hold 35% of African debt.
Private sector requires them at 5%,double what Chinese (12% of total debt)lenders require to provide loans to African states.
