Saw internet rumours spread by the Russian Telegram channel "Fighterbomber" which is still mistakenly labelled 'pro-war' as opposed to being 'discredited panic monger in RU spaces', saying that Russian FAB bombs are no longer effective due to jamming /1

Multiple sources, including ones not on good terms with the Russian government such as Rybar and Two Majors have indirectly refuted FB by publishing recent videos of FAB strikes. You can tell it is recent as it has been snowing in the combat one for the past two weeks /2 

Revenge of Good Will TG pointed out that, naturally, in sensitive areas the Ukrainian deploy a lot of EW assets, but that to restore the effectiveness of FABs all the Russian Air Force has to do is change the antenna on the bombs.  It's a constant case of adaption /END
