4 years ago the navy got caught in the most embarrassing DEI scandal you’ve never heard of 🧵

In 2020 in response to the death of George Floyd, Defense Secretary Mark Esper got the military to remove photos from promotion boards so it wouldn’t “trigger unconscious bias”

You’ll never believe what happened next 

Upon removing photos 

Promotions went…down for blacks

It turns out the military for years was giving promotions out of white guilt

One year later the chief of navy personal  said  “Removing photos from promotion and selection boards has had adverse effects on diversity”

Now why @RyanHoliday is wrong. DEI is NEVER about learning or advocating for other groups. It’s ALWAYS anti white racism masked as helping people of color

Pharmacists in California is have to take training on white men being colonizers to renew their licenses. This was sold by the California legislature as just a cultural competency course

In Sacramento events like Juneteenth are sold to the local news as an event to motivate and inspire but in reality it’s just a giant hate whitey event. Here a speaker was paid 30k and blamed his racism of an immigrant on white people

In closing Ryan Holiday is no hero. 

DEI is never taught objectively. It’s taught by loony activists who brainwash impressionable kids. If DEI should be taught why not classes on punching yourself? They’re equally as dumb. And DEI in practice? Well in practice it proved the navy is not only not racist but it actively promotes blacks over whites for years
