BREAKING:  Ice appears to have just killed someone just now in South Minneapolis on 26th and Nicollet Ave.

Reports indicate the man was shot 3 times in the chest after being surrounded by ICE.

WTF AMERICA!

Whats your point?  It is legal to carry a gun in Minnesota. Did he pull it on them?  Is there proof of this?

Depends on whether he pulled it on them or not.  I don't see that from the video, but the video is not super clear.  They then fired 12 shots at him.

Here’s another angle of the shooting in South Minneapolis just now.  The man has been killed and the Trump administration claims that he had a gun on him.  Whether he pulled it or not remains unclear.  

Note that it’s legal to carry a firearm in Minnesota with a permit.

It Was Border Patrol or ICE.  The Minneapolis Police confirmed this.
