--- 🧮 What is Term Finance? ---
Term Finance matches borrowers and lenders through auctions (mostly 4 weeks) where settlement rate is determined by auction and quotes provided by both parties [Offer and Bid]

FOCUS IS ON FIXED RATE {unlike other markets which is determined by deposits}
Each auction has fixed collateral and loan assets, and the bid of the lenders and borrowers determines the interest rate.

---🚦 What happens after deposit? --
Purchase Price is the price at which the borrower transfers collateral tokens to the lender.

After the deposit, lenders receive an underlying ERC-20 token known as "Repo token" with an amount equal to the repurchased price on a 1:1  (price at which collateral are transferred back to the borrower upon maturity or termination)

To determine interest,
RepurchasePrice = PurchasePrice [ 1 + RepoRate * DaysCountFactor ]

Currently, since the demand for fixed-rate lending is low, given that lending cycle set by Term Finance is basically 4 weeks (too short) which makes operation cumbersome.

Let's talk about the EARN in this section. In the fixed-rate market which we previously discussed, borrowers bid how high they're willing to pay in order to borrow against their collateral and lenders are offering how low they're willing to offer supplying liquidity to borrowers which leads to a market clearing rate! [Majorly Institutional-grade]

For the average users, this is almost impossible since you need to plan and think about the auction before it comes out LIVE and hope it goes in your favour.
