You would know which side your pelvis/sacrum is turned to based on the following measurements being better on the side it’s turned to: - Hip internal rotation - Straight leg raise - Hip extension And the side that the pelvis/sacrum is turned away from would generally have better: - Hip external rotation - Hip flexion - Hip abduction
